The place is decent overall, but there are a few things that were issues for me. The apartment complex has more nonrefundable fees than any other place that I've lived in, so the cost of living there ended up being quite a bit higher than I expected (utility set up fee?? the utilities were definitely already set up. Of course they also had the standard nonrefundable "application fee" that was over $100) . We had consistent problems with ants and our internet, thought they were fast to respond and get the ants taken care off. The internet took quite a bit longer. I was also pretty annoyed that they were unwilling to work with me on moving out a few days late so I wouldn't be homeless for a week. I understand that they have to clean apartments between tenants, but they wouldn't let me move out a day or two later even if I offered to pay more. So like I said, the place is fine, but they aren't super eager to work with you and tend to fall back on sweeping policies.
