Stayed here as part of vip package for Download fe...

Stayed here as part of vip package for Download festival- staff very helpful. Previous guest in room we were booked into failed to leave till 7 (check in was at 3) they did apologise (not their fault) and gave us a drink on the house. Room was great size, clean, tidy. Buffet breakfast was fab - complete full English every morning with pastries, yogurt and juices.
