Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was with my future ...

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was with my future daughter-in-law when she went to Fidelity to sign documents. The experience was awful. Sent an email to two managers, and the escrow officer, describing the experience. In the email, I advised Fidelity that I was becoming a Realtor, and I did not want this experience to color my judgment of the company. No one replied. Some months later, when I was a Realtor, a representative of the company came to me asking for my escrow business. I conveyed my experience, she went back to management, and the reply was, "He was not the client." Fair enough. However, no one from Fidelity ever contacted the client, so the answer was B.S. Since that time, whenever I have a choice of escrow companies, I have never used Fidelity. In the few times when my buyers had to use them for title and escrow services, I have found that the quality of service had not materially improved.
