I recently engaged with this company for their supply chain services, and I found the experience to be fairly average. The website provided a good overview of their solutions, but I encountered some difficulty in finding specific details about their pricing and implementation processes. The customer service was sufficient, although I did feel that the response time could have been better. The solutions offered seem comprehensive, but I would have appreciated more transparency and clarity throughout the engagement process. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and accessibility of information.
