Appalling customer service
Refusing to engage to resolve an issue with a damaged washing machine. Customer services refusing to listen and repeatedly talked over. Correspondence has gone unanswered. They also have no knowledge and/or complete disregard for consumer rights legislation and are trying to avoid their statutory obligations. Will be referring my complaint to the Ombudsman, Trading Standards and ultimately issuing a claim in the Small Claims Court for a refund that has thus far refused.
Update- within 2 hours had a call from ME to advise they did not want this matter to escalate as above and that I would receive a further call before 5.30 to advise of next steps for a replacement or refund, my choice. No call received.
