I bought this for my brother. Its paint was peeled off a little bit since he got it. He emailed headphone bar and they told my brother to pay for the shipping cost. Then my brother asked than why he should pay for shipping due to headphone bar's mistake. no response at all.

What do you feel if you received a damaged product? Then be asked to pay for shipping to exchange?
