Completely unacceptable delivery times for a dishwasher! Even in times of Corona! No notification to the customer by the employees about the delay in delivery! No direct calls possible in the respective local market! Instead, forwarding to a soulless call center! In order to find out something about the delivery, you have to be personally present in the market! Not really great! Three stars instead of zero stars only because the staff in the market is friendly and tries very hard to clean up the situation! Kudos to Mr. Beissel from the household department who helped us wonderfully!
