I had ordered an inspection camera scope from Amazon and when it was delivered, the battery holder was missing a small contact which wouldn't allow the device to turn on. Amazon was no help at all, but when I contacted Rigid, their technical specialist was a huge help, tracked down the replacement part I needed and had it shipped to me with UPS. Greatly appreciate the customer service I experienced with Rigid.
