Couldn't' replace my iPhone battery, becuase it had been replaced previously at another store, and Apple's terms and conditions won't let them replace third party batteries. But had the decency to ask me if the battery was original before they accepted my phone for service, and saved me the cost of an inspection fee, and tried to be nice about when I was frustrated. I had to take my phone elsewhere to be repaired but when I replace my phone I will be sure to only use authorised Apple service providers.
