Always a pleasure to experience Northtown Auto Services. They are middle of the road in terms of expense. A small anecdote about what I truly appreciated at Northtown Auto.

As I waited for my tires to be swapped out a middle aged woman came in with an issue with her vehicle ( out of ear shot as to what exactly). However, the true beauty of the interaction was how delicately and considerate the associate of Northtown was. The woman clearly was no car expert or Danica Patrick - but the gentlemen helping her ensured not to treat her like an idiot because of it. He infact explained exactly the issues to her and their plan of how to fix it and costs associated in the most respectful and kind manner possible. The integrity of the employees and staff and the way they treat their customers is just....as we say in our business....a dying breed.
