Awful service. I am extremely disappointed but not surprised. I called to get a question answered and the man on the phone told me that it wasn t important. When I started talking again he hung up on me. What an awful thing for a hospital to do. Aren t they suppose to help people? I promptly called another hospital and they gave me the answers I needed. I ve heard many bad things about Lutheran Medical Center and how they treat their patients.
