As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I are extremely knowledgeable about the process all because of Candler Cox. She is one amazing agent and she is a realist, which is the best trait that we love about her. We can count on Candler to have our best interest at heart and not finesse us into purchasing a property quickly. The Ginther Group is doing a great job in hiring highly qualified professionals. As we're in the last stage of closing on our home, we wouldn't have completed this process without Candler without a doubt. All I have to say is my agent is better than yours! Ahahaha:-)
