UPDATE: changed review to 1 star after their insanely rude reply....

I can t believe this has 4 stars... Bagel was not fresh - one of those grocery store preserved types. Cheese was a fake Kraft individually wrapped cheese product. Coffee was heavily watered down and hours old. I would honestly rather have eaten from a gas station. I can t believe all of the good reviews on here! I say either fake or under new ownership perhaps...
