after several weeks of calls/emails and retaining counsel to take legal action.Pam Gibbons (President) may not have been aware, but her staff was and I emailed her directly several times to no avail until I escalated the matter. It should not have taken so much time/effort to be reimbursed for a fee I should never had had to pay if proper work was done.
