One of the benefits of enrolling in the FES package is its partnership with International Bancard because the agent reached out to me regarding the activity on my account. I spoke with a member of the tech team regarding the setup of my website to see that everything was fine with the setup. The customer care department gets informed whether transactions have been processed or not. An agent reached out to me and see when purchases began processing.

The service as a customer are amazing, which encouraged me to be an agent. Got my credit restored and got collections, student loans, and other items removed. Definitely a game changer

I worked at FES in agent support. Everything they sell you on you can do yourself. And even if you pay them you still end up sending the letters in yourself. Its stupid what you can get people to pay for. Sad.

Anyone that thinks this company is a scam don t really understand what the company is about . It s the agent that s supposed to explain it to you in details , my guess is that the agent didn t guide you . I m sorry if you had a bad experience .
