Normandin saved the day for me! On a trip from my home in Riverside to San Jose, my Dodge Dakota decided to totally shut down at the I-5/152 interchange. With a lot of finesse, I was able to nurse my truck into San Jose. Fortunately, I was able to make my way to Normandin for repairs. Diagnosis showed a couple of sensors decided to go on strike and refused to work. Plus a vacuum hose had split. The recommendation was to replace the malfunctioning parts. OK, two sensors (in stock) were replaced, but the vacuum hose was not in stock and would have to be ordered. That would add another day to my departure. Creative mechanics to the rescue. The vacuum hose received a temporary fabrication repair and I was on my way. The trip back to Riverside was uneventful and I plan to have the hose replaced at my home dealership (Moss Bros. Dodge), another great Dodge service facility. Thanks, Normandin, for expediting my repairs and getting me back on my way.
