2 Unbelievable issues. 1. Went down to beach about 2:00. Another guest was leaving and offered up his umbrella and chairs that he had paid for the whole day. We were so happy that someone did something so nice in this world. However the beach caddy said sorry no go. He took the umbrella away and said we d have to pay. Wow!! What a horrible policy. The umbrellas used to be free with your room fees. Can t even do something nice in this world. The resort also would not give our son a toothbrush. He forgot his. They told us to buy one In the gift shop for $7.00! Even the Days Inn gives u a free toothbrush. Lovely location and staff is very nice but obviously the management isn t customer oriented and is looking to nickel and dime their guests. Be ready if you come here.
