Such a fun filled day out at Windmill Hill City Farm. Initially I stumbled upon the farm and had a look around the animals and the allotment. I was so inspired that I ve bought myself some seeds to grow at home.

We went back a few days later to eat breakfast in the cafe and had such a good meal. The products tasted fresh and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly and there was a real community feel about the place. There s undercover seating outside as well which was great on a grey day.

They also provide a good selection of vegetarian and vegan food.
