Great theatre. Generally has a busy programme of varied events, including theatre, dance, jazz, live music. Well stocked bar, comfortable seats in the main house.

Good sized playhouse with professional and semi-professional shows.
Disappointed by recent show at Salberg studio. The children (all over 8 years) seemed bored and disinterested
Went to stourhead for light show, well planned and laid out . Food expensive, they have a captive audience. Kids enjoyed it.
Nice small theatre with perfect sightlines. Enjoyed a wonderful production of the musical MAME.
Excellent performance of Mame at Salisbury playhouse!
Saw Jack and the Beanstalk and it was fantastic!! My 7 year old loved the show too!
It doesn't matter were you sit you always get a great view here as it's just the right size, special effects and sound spot on too
Good sight lines and acoustics. Easy parking with a car perk just right next door. Good bar but at the expected theatre prices!
I have seen some interesting theatre here and always had a good experience.
It was great to see a live performance in such a long time. Safety was foremost in the organisation of the show, excellent set out and the show was fantastic. A big thank you to all involved in the performance and organisation.
Excellent one man Christmas Carol show at the Playhouse. Alternate rows of seats removed, bubbles efficiently separated, great efforts made to keep everyone safe. A wonderful evening out!
Absolutely fantastic evening, first time at the Salisbury Playhouse, definitely won't be my last!
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Shirley Valentine!! Excellent script brilliantly delivered A great play
Nice to see a local cooperative where you can purchase arts, foods and drinks made by local artisans, but prices of some items are incredibly hefty. Worth a look, especially if you a few quid doing nothing. There's also a cafe there too - can't say much about that though, as I didn't stay long enough to use it.
Excellent theatre. If you don't see at least one show here whilst you're in Salisbury, you're missing out!
Visited Salisbury Playhouse to see Blood Wedding, very enjoyable evening
Really easy to find. Main car park just a couple of minutes away. Nice venue but don't buy anything from the refreshments counter because it is really expensive. So expensive it could easily spoil your visit if you have a limited budget.
Fantastic, well organised and safe theatre visit, perfect kids show. Congrats to Wiltshire creative!
Felt very safe. Distanced seats and friendly staff.
Very pleasant theatre. Well priced drinks and snacks.
Wonderful show and there Covid measures are second to none very impressed all-round
The playhouse is open again with great safety measures put in place for the enjoyment of everyone.
A great night out again.
So fortunate to have seen the brilliant Guy Masterson at Salisbury Playhouse in his one man A Christmas Carol. Masterful performance
Always good productions but I preferred the old theatre although the modern one has better facilities!
Excellent as ever. Very entertaining. Never seen a bad production from them. Keep it up!
