First experience with this management, the contact at the beginning was good and cordial on the phone. The inventory at the entrance was a bit cold with the person responsible for doing it, but she was professional until the end.

The small repairs were very quickly settled enough to believe in an exemplary agency

Once installed:

I withdraw a star for the communication problem between them, emails sent without response from them on 10.09.2019 (which leaves an impression "you have signed, we are no longer taking care of you"). Several phones from them for questions about which we had already sent them the information by email.

Another star withdrawn for a problem with the provision of parking spaces made available. We are two vehicles (like most homes) and we wanted to rent a second parking space. Their answer on the phone, more places to rent and no waiting list. The rule, one place per apartment and no place for our visitors.

Their policy to solve the problem ... mandate the concierge service to report to the justice of the peace vehicles in default of parking (which does not disturb traffic at the base). We pay almonds, not rent, and our visitors also have to pay almonds to visit us. (it's not for lack of trying to do things correctly by wanting to rent a second place that they do not have to offer)

Shameful practice (I hope they will react quickly to this lack of parking space, the majority of residents have this same problem). A mishap that could probably interest "20 minutes" if one day a resident contacts them.

And an effort to take current tenants' requests into consideration, just giving them answers to begin with. Instead of focusing all their efforts on filling empty apartments so that the rent falls into their fund.

28.11.2019 Retried to contact this management by email (previous email unanswered on 10.09.2019) Do you have problems with your email address? Or do you just give a damn about your current tenants? One star less !!!

26.12.2019, the emails concerned a delay in the inventory of fixtures scheduled by them on 03.09.2019 and our contract began on 01.09.2019. We asked for the reimbursement of the 2 days of delay in accessing housing. As they do not respond, we calculated our entitlement ourselves and deducted it from the rent for January 2020.

01/18/2020 Still no news to my two emails.

21.01.2020, received a registered letter from them threatening us to terminate the contract and even to initiate possible prosecution if we do not pay the sum we have deducted following their delay in the inventory.

Apparently as soon as you touch their money, they become very responsive. We are in our right and they officially threaten at first concern without standard reminder. Nice aggressive policy ...

Responded the same day to let them know the whole situation and find a fair solution. Otherwise I will have to inform my legal protection.

02/26/2020, after this threat to terminate the contract, I still paid the remaining amount so as not to be sued. But I still managed to finally have contact. According to them, they would never have received my previous emails.

For our parking space problem, they offered me a solution. I add a star to take our requests into consideration.
