Disastrous marina as soon as you have to use a little more service than just the mooring of the boat. It is permanently badly delivered but still billed / cashed, even if the work has not been done or not done professionally. Complaints are not taken seriously. If improvements are made, it is just as amateurish as the work before. In the meantime we have learned that even service-oriented, correct employees are frustrated because the customer is constantly being dragged over the table. Invoicing is arbitrary, absolutely independent of the service provided.
After many years of experience, we have to advise everyone against this marina. It cost us a lot of money for nothing and too much nerves !!! Hands off !
