The hotel would like to see itself as a 5 * hotel....

The hotel would like to see itself as a 5 * hotel. Service comes first. The food at the buffet or in these restaurants is really great.

Unfortunately, it still hacks in some places. E.g. Housekeeping ignores dirt or spreads it around the room when wiping.

Many rattan loungers on the beach are broken and the cushions are dirty with bird droppings. In addition, there are many Russian guests with a sound box next to them ... There are also many families with children. Those looking for peace are unfortunately not in good hands here.

The rooms are very large and nicely decorated.

For trips to Dubai City, the location at the end of the palm tree is a little awkward.

In general, it can be said that the staff is very nice and almost every wish is read from your lips.
