When I went to Mike Shaw Subaru I was a little nervous as I was buying a car, for the first time, by myself. Doug helped me with the initial purchase. There was absolutely no stress involved - they worked with my budget and found me the exact car I was looking and it took only 2 hours. The car is still a perfect fit for us today.

As for service, I've always been able to get in on a day and during a time that suits me. The staff, especially service manager, are always friendly and willing to listen and address questions and concerns.

We've had a great experience there and I would highly recommend them.
