I stopped by in today's monsoon desperate for someone to pull the plugs in the front of my Wrangler as I had my soft top off everywhere but the roof which might as well have been for not. I was literally dunking my feet to my ankles--I knew I had plugs but couldn't find them under the car. Brian Rosploek helped me by pulling them from the inside--I was so thankful. Brian was very professional, friendly, and a reason to come back to this dealership. He knows Jeeps, and even dogs--as we chatted away about our furry riders. Great service, and while simple, it was nice to get a no-charge. I'll be back next month for an oil change and whatever else needs doing.
