This one star rating is not for the installation team or support staff that coordinated my wood stove purchase/installation, but specifically for the leadership that somehow felt it was okay to add more than $1300 in UNSPECIFIED charges more than a year after the installation was performed. To make matters worse, they refused to discuss or return any emails in our attempts to address the issue. Then, to top that all off, I received several invoices for different amounts with no explanation.
