I took my Mustang in for service at 95k miles and did not have my usual good experience. I own 3 vehicles bought from Ft Mill Ford and have been bringing them in for service for 14 years. When I showed up for my appointment the service adviser did not look up my past records but just tried to sell me a 90k service which I had just done some months before. Then he switched to a 95k service when I said something. I also asked about the cost of the upcoming 100k service and a tune up. He said he would call me back but never did. On checkout neither he nor the cashier checked to see what credits I had on my account. When I said something about that, she checked and found I had enough credits to cover the bill completely. Maybe I have been spoiled, but "Big Dave" Kozarich always was ready for me and had checked my service records to know what was needed. Now that he has left FMF perhaps some training for the remaining advisers is in order.
