I went to Vienna House Berlin and Sergio was our host, he was the most lovely host you'll ever meet! We forgot to check out and he made no problem of it and helped us to various accommodations, I was going through a rough time, and Sergio helped me to enjoy the small things of life. Sergio, the man, the myth, the legend. Without him i would probably have not enjoyed the vacation this much. His friendly attitude would put myself in a good moment without blinking. I would personally recommend everyone to go here because of Sergio! He really deserves a raise. One of the nicest persons I've ever met in life.
