This company Sovini is an absolute joke! Had an interview for an IT role and I spoke to a guy at the end who also went for the interview told me the position was already giving to him as he helped them out.

The company had to do the interview as a "fair" process.... How is that fair?!

Absolute waste of my and other interviewers time! It was all fixed and set up!! How is this fair on others like me who went for the job interview?!

Absolutely fuming! I wasted so much time and preparation work and lost out on a day's pay for this! Bloody set up! If the interview was a set up, imagine what's it like working there! So disappointed in the crafty hiring manager, what a sneaky dirty mole!

Glad I wasn't hired otherwise I be under someone crafty. Don't bother applying for anything for Sovini, it will just waste everyone's time!
