My friend (speaks English not German) has dislocated his shoulder near the Radstadt valley station. He asked for a doctor at the lift in English. Apparently no one wanted to speak to him in English, he was simply given a business card by a taxi company. He tried to call there with his healthy arm, but no one wanted to speak English to him there either. He even sent an SMS with his location, but nothing happened. He was left in the cold for 40 minutes with dislocated arm and pain without help, until we were able to organize help from a distance from a hotel. Something like that shouldn't happen in such a large, professional ski area !! A lot of foreign tourists are coming now and you can't just refuse to help them ?! They also pay the horrendous lift prices!
