The service I have received here has been an absolute joke. Please do not do business with this company because my experience has been the worst nightmare I have ever had. Not only did I spend over a thousand dollars to fix my car when I was told it was quote "100 percent" only to pick the car up and find out that it was far from 100 percent and that the service department wanted more money to fix the problem but could not tell me what the problem was. The end result was me taking the car to another dealership at which they fixed the issue in 24 hours and said that it was because of very pour installation of the wrong parts for that car. I have made several phone calls to speak with a manager who could assist me in a solution on why I was charged for parts that were said to be oem (factory) when indead they were not stated by a written letter from the dealership who fixed the problem. If the owner would please contact me I would love to come in and speak with you about this. Thank you for your time.
