We arrived before 12 midnight on April 19, 2018. The lady who work with us asked so many favor from us. She says I need to forward the confirmation email so she can move forward in getting us in. It took awhile before she moved forward. What in this world that our reservation with confirmation number didnt get in to their computer. Then after 20 minutes, she gave us the key. She assigned us to room 451 lake wing where their keys are not functioning. Don't she knows that information by looking in their computer? So we have to go back with them, which is almost a mile away from them. What frustrating was that They still afford to smile while we were in trouble getting in with the room. Oh my...Then she transferred us to room 351 lakewing and a certain Glen help us all the way to make sure we dont encounter problem. We were get in past 1 am April 20. This type of people should not be in the front desk. Shes unqualify and her behaviour on those cases are not acceptable
