PLEASE READ! When me and my wife were talking to NDR about enrolling, they explained our debt and what we need to do and also what they would do to fix it. Also at the time of enrollment, they told us how much we would pay per month. We asked over and over if that monthly amount we pay will change or if it will remain the same. They said it will stay the same. Few months later they start calling saying that they found a resolution with a creditor, that we would need to approve it. Then he says that we would have to pay (For example) an extra $100 per month for the next 3 months or so (on top of what we already pay). We agreed even though we were told our monthly amount would remain the same. This happens quite a few more times until I was getting fed-up with this. We called them up and told them about our concern, and they said they never told us our payments would stay the same. RED FLAG!

The next thing I noticed was their fees. They would never give us a fixed amount based on the amount of debt for each creditor. I noticed this pretty late. I went online to my account with them and looked up all of the resolved ones. The settlement amount looks like they negotiated pretty well on most of them, but when you add the fees they charge to the settled amount, you will see that it adds up to an amount maybe a couple hundred dollars less than the original debt you had for that particular creditor. And this was the same for all of the creditors I have. RED FLAG!!

I am almost done with my debt through them which is why I will be with them until it is clear. But I will not make the mistake of using them again or even recommending them to anyone I know or don't know. I made the mistake of putting myself into this position by maxing my cards out and they took advantage of my bad situation to leech off of my hard earned money. They could at least have the decency to make a draft for customers to let them acknowledge how much they would make us pay in fees. I wouldn't mind paying if I was informed, but now I feel deceived. Please don't take their kindness as a sign that they really want to help you, they are just doing their job to reel in people who are in trouble with their debt just so that they can abuse you to their own advantage.

I would advise anyone who is using them to look up the fees they are charging you and to add it to the settlement amount they posted and see how much less you are actually paying. Once you pull up the list of the creditors with the credit amount and the amount they settled for, you will see a little arrow right next to the creditor's name. Click that and it will show you how much you paid them per month and the fees will be on the tab next to it. Take care and be safe all!
