Randy is awesome. If you come to this location you HAVE to ask for him. I love that he wasn't a sales robot. He was honest. I could not have dreamt up a better experience. He made me feel so comfortable in what was one of the most stressful financial decisions of my life. I went in thinking I was going to go home and think about it. He made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision. I did not leave feeling like a salesman "got" me. I am so glad I chose Lindsey Ford of Wheaton purely because of Randy helping me with the process. He went above and beyond for me. The behaviors he exhibited are those that you do not expect from a car salesman. I respect his honesty and being given the feeling that I was making the decision. I felt that I was not pressured into making a quick decision and that was incredibly important to me going into this. HUGE thank you to Randy. They are lucky to have such a phenomenal employee!
