If I could give less a star, I definitely would. This is worst customer support company I have never seen in my life as well as warranty support. On 31 MAY 2018, laptop's keyboard stop working. I gave a call to customer service about the situation. On that times, I was on my summer school term(last semester before graduation), I needed a laptop so bad. I purchased an external keyboard to do my school works such as writing essays. I told the customer service about that. That means, I can ship my laptop to you as soon as my summer school finishes. On SEPTEMBER 18th, I called and got shipping label from Lenovo. I shipped my laptop that day. My laptop was in service 55 days for a keyboard fault. What it turns out was they(the service) replaced 8 different parts, but they still waiting for the keyboard. I gave them calls for 9 times. All I was being nice as shown on their quality record system. They wasted my time by saying we are trying to escalated your case, and they suppose to give me a call in 2-3 business day. Nobody gave me call. I called them back on the 4th day, I was told the same exactly sentence (they were going to call me 2-3 days). By the time, I received my laptop on NOVEMBER 13th, 2018. I purchased the Laptop NOVEMBER 13, 2017. The box was front of my door. November 13th in Virginia, we had ve bad rain. Box was all wet and sitting front of my door. I called them today and was trying explain the situation 6 times. I explained the whole story 6 different times at each time, because they were hanging up on me. Oh, one of them told me i will refund your money and transfer me to warranty department and she told me that, the system is down and give us call later time. After that call, I made 2 more calls and I had to explained the whole story again and again. The only way out is that going to court. I am very regretful that I bought a laptop from LENOVO.

In conclusion, If you have not purchased anything from LENOVO please consider my feelings and experience.
