High quality family resort hotel.
Lobby is cozy and airy at the same time. Classy touch with infused water at the reception desks.
Standard double queen rooms are spacious and up to standard for a 4-star plus hotel. Bathroom was in good shape with separate shower and bathtub. I was impressed with the modern smart TV's fitted with Netflix, so you can view the full scope of that streaming service using your own login.
WiFi at the resort is decent and reliable.
Breakfast in the main restaurant is excellent: covers all the important food groups including doughnut holes! ;) The experience is much better in the earlier part of the morning as it typically gets very crowded towards 10:00.
Pool area is a matter of taste: The JW pool is big and noisy with a lazy river and floats. It's fun for some, but if you want a more serene environment, it's a mere 5 minute walk through the conference centre that connects to the sister hotel Ritz-Carlton.
Kids club (also at the Ritz) has a lot to offer, although during high season it can be fully booked. The air hockey table in the same area is lots of fun!
The mandatory resort fee does allow for you to book a lot of fun activities like the multi-person bike: please note, it's not suitable for non-paved paths! Tennis courts also available and in good condition.

A few criticisms:
- In-room dining can be a loooong wait.
- I get it, it's the USA, but save at least one screen in the sports bar to show some European football matches.
