Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Service from Servi...

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Service from Service Advisor Darrell Wilson. I took my vehicle in for service on Wednesday April 25th 2018 and due to all the work that needed to be done, my vehicle was not ready for pick up until the next day Thursday April 26th. This was the day Darrell was off so I did not get to see him. To my surprise, the next day I get a phone call from Darrell to see how everything went and how was the vehicle after the service. He never fails to deliver excellent customer service is why I only bring my vehicle in when he is working. Thank you Darrell and thank you Honda of Serramonte for having someone like Darrell on your team!
