The air conditioner stopped working a couple of days ago. Yesterday, Sunday, I emailed Shavitz to ask for an appointment. Linda called me mid morning today and gave me a four hour window. Cornelius arrived and explained to me what was going on as he tried to determine why my unit failed. He was able to fix it and be out in about an hour. He told me about the maintenance plan, which because I am putting my house on the market, seems a wise thing to do. He then called and made an appointment for me for as soon as possible. He and Linda were both cheerful people who were efficient and tuned in to what I needed and wanted. I am giving them four stars only because I believe that a little time must pass before I know that the changes made are and will remain effective.
