So I called and talked with Terri a rep there at PWC and explain that my electric bill was high it s been right around $100 if not less! I told her that the apartment complex where I live had to change my thermostat due to it was not working right which made my bill almost doubled! The apartment complex told me to call them they would adjust my bill! She told me that PWC don t do any adjustments that the apartment complex has to Something! Now I Never Ever Ever Ever Heard any Mess like this! They know they getting over on the people here in Fayetteville! What a Joke, But they dont Care, But I bet they will turn it off if they don t get they money!!!!
