We went there on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm and the place was packed. The space upstairs is smaller and they don't take walk in reservations hete. Meanwhile, the downstairs section has more seating options and we were able to find a table after 20min wait. Service was pretty quick downstairs.

Great cocktails! We tried over 10 cocktails and they were all fantastic. Everyone must try their Irish coffee, it is the world's best, as they claim it to be.
