Registration and bed allocation in the corridor. Some minor research. Should now be moved to urology. Apparently it's busy there!
Well: wait 6 hours for bed in the corridor. Begged for a drink of water or coffee. Nothing, absolutely nothing.
Finally after 6 hours 1 liter bottle of water and a sandwich. I almost died of thirst.
Such a lousy, cheap service, and that in Switzerland.
After 6 1/2 hours the long-awaited, necessary treatment in an adjoining room of the emergency room.
That can't be such a long wait without supervision.

April 2020 during Corona time!
Simply pleasantly surprised by the clear, reputable reception solution. Cheerful, friendly people, helpful with no ifs or buts. I was called up for outpatient treatment in the urology and thanks to the accompanying letter including accompanying person was no problem. As I am a wheelchair patient, a hospital wheelchair was brought to me. This time freshly cleaned and mechanically in order, not dirty and rotten as before. So a clear advantage thanks to Carona. Then everything was very seriously prepared in the department, the entire staff attentive and helpful. Just perfect. I am delighted with the KSW. Thank you.

I was admitted as an emergency and was very positively surprised by the quality of the initial treatment. However, it wasn't a standard case. This is followed by first-class medical care in terms of technology and personnel in the department on the 2nd floor. Everything is OK
SEPTEMBER: New admission to the hospital for surgery. Absolutely friendly and professional preparation for surgery. Then perfect surgery and then a few hours of intensive monitoring
Then move to the 7th floor. Great care and treatments by the entire staff. Prompt follow-up checks by the surgeon.
Always eat well, I can't understand whoever complains about it. Approx. 3 weeks hospital stay!
Then transfer to Rehabilitation Wald. Above it, a new assessment was created.
Even in the rehab, the nurse, surgery 7th floor, kindly asked whether everything was OK with me. be. Really impressed me

My negative and suggestion: medical treatment, possibly blood thinning and patience.

Then transfer to the monitoring station OK.
Next day, transfer to the medical department. OK
Last day and departure day: a catastrophe: since I know that a tail tick almost always occurs at 10 a.m. (especially for wheelchair patients and care cases) and that is not good for anyone, I would like to leave at 1 p.m.
So there is time for everything until 12 o'clock !! It was probably a wrong decision. Because now, as a patient, I was placed on the lowest priority level. And now I've felt that in all appointments. Doctor's visit very late, senior doctor was replaced. Unknown, sullen and dry, the ward doctor regal as always and taciturn. My request to fax the Medi prescription for the evening tablets to my pharmacy was received critically! From the boss to the doctor, comment is not my job and it is briefly passed on to a nurse. Accepts Medi prescription. And ........ Fax never arrived at the pharmacy, not until today. In the afternoon I wanted to get my medis by phone ..... Nothing !!
In the morning there is a lot of waiting and please continue until 11.30. Then 3 specialists appear, stressed and actually already in the break. The maintenance and disinfection of my Zystiflex is still outstanding since 9 o'clock. The work is hasty, the bag and the leg bag are mounted, as it turned out, 180 degrees wrong. The hose was pinched and nothing worked at home.
Great, unprofessional performance from all sides. Never again !!!!!
