One of the distinguished hotels in one of the streets branching from Oxford Street is very close to all shopping malls and is less than 3 minutes away from Silverges walking rooms are good even though their size is small and the level of hygiene is excellent the bed is comfortable and the only drawback is the small size of the rooms in an odd way as well as the bathrooms may God bless you fit for rapid housing The rooms are equipped with all needs of hair dryer, coffee machine and water heater

The staff are all lovely and the hotel is beautiful from the outside and main areas rooms are not amazing but very clean and has everything you want. It's a bit dated in the rooms but in a cute way. Lovely stay and location and a good price competitively. Breakfast was very good too.

Outstanding hotel. Pisition is perfect for a Lonfon getaway . Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are beautifully clean, and well maintained. Very tastefully furnished yoo, with a wonderful bar lounge area on the street level. Superb!!!

The place is not kosher so there is no matter that I will book ..
My host ordered coffee and got 10 service.
The place is beautifully decorated and the waiters are very kind.
The place is clean and accessible and the air conditioning is excellent for a wintry day full of rain.
I got wireless internet access.
In short, a comfortable and convenient location in a great location.
Have a good vocation.

I stayed at this restaurant for the second time. It has a good location near the subway Pond station. It is a double MRT and is very close to Oxford circus. It is within walking distance. The street in front has various foods such as burgers, fried chicken, and Italian food. , Ramen shop, coffee shop, English breakfast, pub... and close to supermarkets, boots, beauty shops, large department stores... walking distance to Regent and Hyde Park, Wallace museum, Baker street. Last stayed room Adjacent to the road, the view is better, the room is small, the window is small, the bathroom is easy to get wet, and the price is about NT$5,000. This time I live with a poor view to the rear, the room is larger, the window is also large, the bathroom has a bathtub, the price It s more expensive about NT$7000, but it s more comfortable. The staff at the counter have good service, and the concierge is also good. The standard of housekeeping varies, sometimes it s clean, and sometimes it s owing to everything. The special one is Nespress, It's a refreshing drink to play all day long. There are two elevators, but only one was used a few days ago. It is small and easy to encounter housekeeping staff and appliances. Overall, convenient and comfortable, will stay again next time.

The service at the hotel was exceptional and the conciarge couldn't do enough to help. Location is perfect for shopping and sight seeing.superior double room, nothing superior about it. Had to return to the hotel after checking out but before the 12pm check out time had passed and had painters in the room decorating.

The second time I've stayed at the Mandeville and as ever the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a large and the shower was a decent strength. The room was first floor and road facing so it wasn't quiet but you can't really be expecting silence in such a central location! There were elements of the decoration that showed wear and tear and the television refused to work but it was clean.

Excellent location, close to Oxford Street, underground station, pleasant staff, courteous service, friendly breakfast We lacked the greens, clean room, arrange again during the day. The only drawback is that there is no isolation in the windows and in the morning you hear the noise from the street ...

The position is good. The staff and certain manager are absolutely horrible. I had terrible experience and was extremely badly treated in the hotel with the reservation. Henriques is one of the Manager and please if you can avoid him, do so. He is rude and extremely arrogant with very little understanding of client's needs. Absolutely dreadful person. The rest of the staff is ok but depending on policies and restrictions which they do not understand. Good luck. I do not recommend the hotel because of poor staff.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were polite and attentive. Rooms were clean and well kept and the showers were great (always a deal breaker for me! ). We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good. No complaints from any of our group. The barman, as with all staff, was very polite and made good conversation.

The decor in this hotel outside of the rooms can only be explained as consistent but 'random', and it was consistently random. The lift had children's Paddington Bear wallpaper in it with starry wallpaper above. The seated area near the bar was a complete mish mash of styles in terms of furniture and soft furnishings as was the artwork on the walls. Also, not to mention the two random extra large framed Dandy comic covers on the way downstairs to the toilets.

Would definitely consider staying again in the future

Great hotel, lovely staff. Couldn't do enough for us and to make sure all was good on the covid front. Rooms are great, can't imagine too many central London hotels are that good for that price.

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF TRAVELING FOR BUSINESS! The hotel has 0 flexibility when it comes to changing reservations if your business plans change. I travel half of the year for work and have never had an issue with a hotel or airline being so unaccommodating when plans change. I didn't even want to cancel, just wanted to change the dates of my stay and the hotel refused to give any refund or make any changes. Very disappointing. I'll still be traveling to London but will not be staying at this hotel when I do.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. We had an afternoon tea at the hotel and there was not one thing I could fault. Everything was good quality and the staff were very polite and would highly recommend

The rooms were nice, clean and modern with nespresso machines. The location is fantastic, so close to Oxford St but in a quiet enough area. Breakfast was really disappointing though, the scrambled eggs were bad, mushrooms had been sitting too long and were rubbery and pastries were a bit tough. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is superbly located in the Mayfair area which is super central to London. All shops, cafes and trendy restaurants are nearby.
On foot you can walk to Piccadilly circus and Trafalgar square in 15 min.
The rooms are spacious enough and the bedding is super comfortable. We did not have breakfast. The staff and really very attentive and very helpful.

I usually stay in The Mandeville hotel for its location very close to oxford st. and the friendly and helpful staff in the reception and concierge. The rooms are considered as small size, however it's designed very well to make your stay perfect. Bathroom also arranged well. The only main problem is the quality of windows, it does not block the air and no sound proof.

Absolutely loved my experience at the Mandeville, it was my first time staying there and I would definitely go back next time I m in London. The staff was helpful and friendly, clean and high quality rooms compared to other hotels in the area, fantastic location its less than 5 mins walk from oxford street. Highly recommended. Loved the fact that they provide Nespresso machines in the rooms, extremely thoughtful. Amazing shower as well and comfortable beds, broad TV selection. Only bad thing was that the bath towels in the bathroom were too small and short.

Quiet and beautiful hotel located between the most important streets of Oxford and the Arabs and five minutes from Hyde Park by foot.

Right next to the hotel there are many good restaurants left and right, especially the burger restaurant and an Italian pizzeria.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. My friend is vegan and they accomdated her dietary requirements really well and were very thoughtful. Service from a lady called Melina was fantastic too and she kindly wrapped up some treats that I couldn't finish. Definitely recommend the afternoon tea here!

This is the best location in London to stay in. The rooms are well lit, the beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have stayed in and most of all its such a vibrant area. I have stayed here three times now and its my only stop in London. Staff are excellent, always welcome me by name and make my stay very easy. The concierge make all my reservations and have excellent recommendations. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and efficient. There are a lot of quaint restaurants and boutiques all around the hotel. Selfridges is also just a five minute walk away.
