Told me I was qualified for a USDA loan with no money down. Then told me I wasn't. Kept me on the phone for an hour trying to calculate what a payment would be. Told me to get a cash advance for $2000 on a credit card, or go get another loan for $2000, to get enough of a down payment for a FHA loan. Almost sounded like the person I was talking to wanted to get spiffed for selling that particular product and wasn't interested in helping me with anything else.

Then after an hour on the phone, told me "you'll have to get this collections dispute removed before we can do anything at all."

And this is after they called me an hour late because the original consultant that was supposed to call me never did.

I decided to give them a shot because of good reviews and because I'm a fan of Conrad's podcasts, but this was nothing but frustration.
