The lobby of this hotel is beautiful. The rooms and my service experience left a lot to be desired.

I stayed here about a week and a half ago the night before a friend s wedding. Our room was very small, and we were bumped from the room we had originally reserved (from a double to a single). We ordered room service, and waited about 75 minutes for a bottle of champagne.

After checking out, I was billed an additional $50. I called the hotel and they said something ~may~ have been missing from the minibar, which we never touched. I m still waiting on a refund, because it takes 5-7 business days. I found that somewhat shocking considering they basically admitted I d been accidentally billed (and it s 2019 lol).

I was thrilled to visit this hotel as a local who often admires the decor and lobby when passing. My experience did not live up to my expectations at all. I would recommend staying elsewhere, especially for special occasions.
