This hotel does not honor any platinum benefits, sat for over 3 hours waiting for a room I mobile checked in for and told my arrivals time of noon, was denied late checkout and denied a room upgrade despite better rooms being available on the app. 90 nights with Marriott this year and this is the thank you Marriott gives. There are nicer places to stay in the vail valley
