This is one of the best place to learn English in Philadelphia. There are 7 levels of English classes. Especially if you just arrived in US, it will be very helpful.
I met 5 teachers here, all of them were very kind and patient. At first, I was afraid of joinning english class because of my weak English. But teachers always encouraged me, so I can have a confidence to keep learning.
