Checked in Friday for 5 nights. Was asked about ocean view upgrade vs a handicap accessible room since my husband is an injured veteran. Told it was an extra $20 per night for ocean view and some handicap accessories. We could deduct $5 per night for going green. Today I went to settle bill and they charged $50 per night (40+ tax) and the $5 is a voucher which we did not receive. The place was nice but this ruined our trip and we were planning to come back next year with a larger family. Pool nice but hot tub was very dirty. Manager was horrible when I called. I am hearing impaired so I know I heard the lower price as I repeated it back 2x and so did my husband. Of course I signed without looking at the upgrade. My mistake without my reading glasses. Beware of these scams.
