When my car wouldn t start, I called Joe Esparza, and he tried to talk me through accessing the battery for a good jump connection. When I still could t get it started, Joe looked up my information for me to verify I was still under warranty and gave me the roadside assistance number. A tow truck arrived 20 minutes later, and towed me to the dealership for an evening drop off. First thing in the morning, I got a text that I could contact Joe with any questions, and when my car was ready, Joe texted me, knowing I am a teacher and cannot easily answer the phone throughout the day. When I arrived to get my car, Joe was thorough on what had been done and made sure to show me how to access the battery in case I ever need to jump it again. THANK YOU!!!
