10 days no power. We had services completed to our electrical system. They turned the service off within 30mins of request, but now we are on day 10 to have it reconnected. 4 days of 100 degree weather, spoiled food thrown out. Take out food almost everyday, laundromat facilities, the list goes on. Everyday they say they will make it 100%, here we are 10 days later and calling in every single day. Do you really think they care about families or their well being. Yesterday they hooked up service on 8 new construction developments where nobody even lives at. Apparently I'm not an emergency. It is under their policy to follow first come first serve. There is no emergency basis
