Unfriendly, unhelpful staff, I wonder how some of these people can work with the public. Librarians should provide information in a professional manner and be polite and courteous. The woman I spoke to behind the reference desk when asked how to get to another part of the library yelled "go down that hallway" as if that explained it all. She then said "forget go down that hallway" as though I was stupid and didn't understand her. The library needs staff who can convey information in a polite, articulate and professional manner.
