My son rented an apartment at the Quarry. He moved out on May 13 and was told he would receive his deposit back. It is August 11 and we've been told, yet again, that it would come in a few days. I have called and spoken with Tommy, Tanya, Mandy, Nicole, Kyle, left a message for Erica (no call back), and Jennifer. They are nice on the phone. I have only received on call back (everyone else promised to check and call back and never did). The corporate culture seems to be to be nice on the phone, don't bother with follow up and hope that young renters forget their deposit. I wonder how many deposits never get returned.
